how do i scan my entire comp and clean it from any viruses or malware b4 windows start up? By that i mean that 2-3 hour avast searching and deleting, b4 any programs have bin open

well it will destroy every virus or malware right? I mean, cause theres no programs opened and nothing is active yet....
