TENCENT VIRUS - HELP!

Hi all

I have somehow managed to get the Tencent virus onto my computer. Lenovo - Windows 10.
The virus is some sort of Chinese anti-virus programme which also brings up a lot of pop ups and the google/chrome search becomes Chinese/Russian.
I done a system restore but the icons are still around but blanked out and especially when I click internet explorer the internet bar becomes Chinese etc
I went to program files/tencent and looked for uninstall.exe but that icon is not there
How can I remove this annoying thing?

Try Googling 'Tencent virus.'

On the answers.microsoft.com/ page there is some info on removing Tencent which may be of help to you.

I have tried that - however they all advise looking in program files/tencent then uninstall - however the uninstall icon is not available in the tencent on my system
