HSA attributed system files: ok to delete?

Hey all.
I'm running low on storage, so I did a scan with the folder size program and found 3 large files in my System Volume Information folder.
They are at 3,53/1,78 and 0,85 GB, listed as HSA attribute (Hidden System Files ready for archiving?) with the owner listed as unknown.

Are these files ok to delete? Can't find any info on what they actually do, or what program uses them...

You might want to look at these two links first:

As you can see, while it would be very ill-advised to completely delete the System Volume Information folder, you can make it smaller by reducing the number of System Restore Points created by Windows
