I have tried to sign on this forum entered username (human head icon), password (key icon) and e-mail address (envelope icon).

After this, I have entered my login and password, no success (password invalid)

After third unsuccessful password change attempt, I found out that the username (human head icon) does not mean the username entered at login, but e-mail address.

Why do I have to login using e-mail address when the icon indicates username?

Hey fantomas,

Welcome to our forum!

BullGuard uses email address as username for simplicity.

perhaps changing the icon in the latter image to an envelope would make it more clear.

Thanks for answering.
