Is anyone else having an issue with streaming programmes from the BBC Iplayer website. I have to turn the anti-virus part of Bullguard off to get anything to play.

Reactivate your Antivirus and after that, click on Settings > Browsing and uncheck all the boxes from there. Press Save.

Tell me if this fixes the problem.

How do I reactive the antivirus ?

unchecking everything in the browsing section appears to do the trick

As I suspected, the problem is caused by the Safe Browsing plugin. The problem should be solved with the next update (12.0.224) which should be released in the next few days.
If the update doesn't solve the issue, let me know.
Until then keep the Safe Browsing plugin disabled.

I have been trying to access bbc IPLAYER AND MY BROWSER KEEPS TELLING ME SITE CAN`T BE REACHED, I HAVE  tried the tips you posted about the safe browsing but it still won`t allow me access, any further ideas on how to get Iplayer?
