It's hard to say why this happens in your case. It's a device specific issue, not a general problem.
Please make sure you contact our support team, to gather your logs and we can look into it.
What you can do on your side is check if you have any conflicting programs (other security solutions of any kind) and try to remove them to see if you see an improvement. Also, make sure you have the latest Windows Update:

Restarting/Rebooting a device is really good practice, because some updates are not complete until you restart, some cleaning doesn't happen until you restart and also, it allows all services to restart and load proper/changed settings from the registry.
