Installation Problems

I have successfully downloaded Bullguard for my windows 10 (64 Bit) computer but it will not install!! I get the message .

"No active internet connection Error installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 redistributable Package (x64)." I have had 4 hours of Chat with Bullguard support and done everything they suggest. Manually dwonloaded all C++ files from. microsoft direct. Restarted the computer, sent them a BGsst file and still they have not managed to colve the problem. It has taken me over 4 hour so far and I have got nowhere. I can't believe I am the only person with this proble. Can anybody help please ?

My Bullguard Ticket Number is 21654. I have spent a further 4 hours today following the advice I was given. Done everything suggested and still have the same problem.

I have had the same messages as jimbo on trying to install on a uptodate windows 10. Can this problem be resolved?

Please contact your Internet Service Provider, to give you the latest BullGuard installation kit. This will resolve the problem.

I have contacted my ISP provider , John Lewis Broadband (Plus Net) and they redirect me to you saying they can;t help. I am still awaiting a response from our last exchange when you said that you would contct JLP broadban to sort it out.
