Since updating to Thunderbird 5 ,the Bullguard spam-filter has disappeared.

I hope this is rectified soon,or is it just me.

They are probably working on it, just as they're working on Firefox 5 compatibility.
We just have to be patient, but in my experience Bullguard are among the fastest to react to new versions of Firefox and Thunderbird. Others seem to take forever ...

Hey,

The Mozilla Thunderbird 5 issue is known and we are currently working on a fix for it, while the Firefox 5 issue has been solved and all you need to do is make sure that your BullGuard application is up-to-date.

Have the Thunderbird 5 issues been sorted yet? I noticed BG installed an important software update just now... had this fixed the 2 issues (spamfilter and email backup)?

that's right... Thunderbird 6 just installed itself. BullGuard Spamfilter and email backup both recognise Thunderbird as the email client, but neither recognise any Thunderbird folders & so don't work . I haven't been able to back up email for about a month now, which is very worrying. Any chance of this being attended to? :shakehead:

Looks like it will be in the next version of Bullguard when that arrives.
