USB ports not working!

Any one know how to fix this?

Absviously some shmuk has gotten a virus past my bull guard to switch the way the USB ports are either enabled or disabled, any one know the steps to fix this? My is windows 7 my wifes is 10

I tried to use the sticks in my wifes computer and it disabled her ports as well.

BullGuard had an issue where it would block USB ports. The fix for this issue is already being rolled out to customers and is included in version 18.0.347.15.

One pc with bg and win10 64 had many issues with usb conneted hard drives getting random disconnects, usb wireless (wifi) adapter

refusing to install or run after install.

On another win10 pc, bg would not load, t"he bg main engin failed to load" or would take 10 min or more ,

this made the os think BG was turnned off and turn defender on.

A two weeks ago I conntacted BGCS through chat, explaning the issues, sent the dignostics log, resent a new one today 

with a pic of windows security center.

The 1st time reporting this the cs person stated some one wouuld contact me by email ass to the status , have had no replies.

Both issues have been reported. The USB issue is fixed in 18.0.347.15 and the "Main service" issue will be fixed this week, in the following update (.16).

I will check to see why the team did not reply to your ticket yet.

Thanks for the answer on these things.

Just updated win10 64x- 16299.402 BG version 18.0.0.347.15 and issue still 

present, if this helps any.

BG version 18.0.347.16 still takes 10 min for the BG main engin to load.

If you try to open the main program or run an update, still get the BG main engin failed to start.
