How can I find my account details/information?

Your Username is your email address
When you purchase BullGuard from our online shop, your account is created automatically for you, with your email address as username.
If you want to change this, at any time, you can do so from My Account

Your password is registered by you
After you install the application, in the Create Account window, you should see your email address prefilled there and you can set up a password for your account.
If you forget your password, you can reset it as shown here.

Things you can do from My Account:

   My Subscriptions

     Download BullGuard
     Check when the subscription expires  

     Renew or Upgrade your subscription

  •      Disable / Enable the continuous protection (automatic renewal)
   Active Installations

     Enable/disable installations

   Activate your License      If you have a key, activate it here
   My Account Details

     Change your account information: username, name, country, language

   My Payments      Check your payments & invoices.
   My Communication - Emails      Enable/disable email communication from BullGuard
   My Communication - Send alerts to       Choose where to receive the BullGuard alerts
   My Parental Control      View the parental Control reports
