Your BullGuard protection is transitioning to Norton

Recently, the BullGuard brand, products, and services became part of NortonLifeLock, alongside brands like Norton and Avira.

Now, BullGuard products and services are transitioning to Norton, meaning people everywhere can benefit from award-winning Norton protection.

Please note: With this change we have stopped selling BullGuard products and services, and we will no longer support BullGuard products following this transition.
 
Over the coming months, BullGuard customers will have the opportunity to migrate to a more robust Norton product at no additional cost.

I’m looking to buy a BullGuard product/service, but I’m only finding Norton products/services. Why is that? 

As of July 25, 2022, BullGuard products and services are no longer available for sale.

I cannot find my BullGuard product anymore. Where did it go?

The product icon has changed from the BullGuard logo to the NortonLifeLock logo.

Do my devices still have protection from BullGuard?

Your BullGuard subscription and product will be migrated to Norton. With this transition, your protection will continue uninterrupted. In cases where you need to take action, be sure to look out for an email from us detailing further steps.
 
I heard BullGuard products/services may be discontinued. As a current BullGuard customer, what do I need to do?

The product migration to Norton will be automatic, and your protection will continue uninterrupted. In cases where you need to take action, be sure to look out for an email from us detailing further steps.
 
Can I still receive support for my existing BullGuard products or services?

Absolutely. Our support team will continue to be available for questions via chat and email, or you can find answers to many support topics at bullguard.com/support.

Once you have successfully transitioned to Norton, you can reach the support team at support.norton.com via chat or phone. 
 
With this change, will I still be able to access my BullGuard account?

You’ll get a new Norton account automatically — you don’t need to do anything else.
Plus, you’ll be able to log in to your Norton account with your existing BullGuard credentials.
 
Will I still be able to renew my current BullGuard subscription, or will I be able to change it to another BullGuard subscription?

Your current BullGuard subscription will be migrated to a superior Norton product at the same price as your previous subscription. Rest assured, your protection will continue uninterrupted.  Your subscription length will also not change — any remaining term on your current subscription will be kept and transitioned to your new Norton one.
 
Will my BullGuard subscription still renew automatically?

Your current BullGuard subscription will be migrated to a superior Norton product at the same price as your previous subscription. Rest assured, your protection will continue uninterrupted.
Your subscription length will also not change — any remaining term on your current subscription will be kept and transitioned to your new Norton one.

Your Norton subscription will renew automatically as long as your billing details are up to date in my.norton.com.
 
If my product or service changes to Norton, will my data still be protected and processed the same way?
