Account and subscription

When you start the application, the first screen invites you to create an account or login.

Account creation

If this is the first time you install BullGuard VPN, you will need to register an account before using the application.
 
Note that the registration process requires a working Internet connection (WiFi or data plan).

Your BullGuard username should always be in the form of a valid email address. We use this address to send you the password recovery message, notifications or any marketing materials you choose to receive.

Your BullGuard password should contain a minimum of 8 characters (digits and letters).

        
After you create an account on one device, you only need to login on all other devices you will use the application on.

 

Status & Renew

You can view the status of your subscription or cancel it at any time from My Account.

The VPN subscription renews automatically. If you wish to disable this and renew manually instead, you can do so at any time during your purchase or afterwards, from My Account. This guide will show you how.
 

Device management

You can use your subscription to protect up to 6 devices.

These are managed automatically (only active devices are counted as part of the subscription). You can replace any device at any time without taking special steps for this.

The download links for all platforms are easily accessible from this page, or you can download from My Account directly, and login with your existing account username and password.
