Cmd + task manager + folder option doesnt work

my cmd doesnt work thus could not run combo fix .. also my ctrl+alt_del doesnt work .. and when i got into any folder's tools .. there is no ' folder options ' button ... and when i watch a movie and i try 2 shut down my laptop after that .. it freezes ... something is very wrong.

Hello .. i have found out that my previous problem was due to this virus in my sony memory stick .. i have formatted the stick .. but the virus is still there .. i have scanned the stick with superantispyware but it found no virus . but the problem occurs everytime i transfer pictures from the camera . How do i remove it 4m usb ?
