Is backup supposed to work with the trial version?
It won't for me - I keep geeting 'Bullguard has encountered an error' and the log shows 'interrupted' for each attempt. I only had a few small files, as a test.

Hello Christine,

To gather more infos regarding your issue, please answer to this questions

1. What operating system are you using?
2. What type of files are you trying to backup ? Where they are located on your hard disk?
3. Are you trying to backup using a profile or by drag and drop on the Online Drive?

Thanks for the response.

I'm using Vista Home Premium.

The files are Excel 2007 files, located in a sub-folder of my Documents folder.

It was a scheduled backup, using a Profile I created (not with the wizard - I used the 'new' button).

Try to use drag and drop and tell me if the problem persists. Also, please tell me if Microsoft Excel is open when you are trying to do the backup

Drag and drop worked OK.
No, Excel was not open when the scheduled back-up tried to run last night.
