I have yet to complete a Backup, as it continually halts becuase system files are in use.

Is there a way of adjusting the settings to avoid this, or should the Backup be done in Safe Mode? (surely not....)

Hey Allaw,

I would recommend you contact us directly via the BullGuard Support section or the Live Support page. We had an Online Backup Server Maintenance, but as you can see the issue is closed.
