Warning message every time bullguard leaves sleep

My wife and I are trialing the latest edition of Bullguard. I have a windows XP Pro laptop and my wife a satellite 110D with win 7. everytime she brings it from sleep to active she gets a popup saying the network has been altered. Anyone have any suggestion on what is going on?
