Re-downloading

tech support had me uninstall as I was having problems. Then they sent me a link that gave me an error page to download BG and install...........thanks alot! So, anyone able to tell me how to download without having to pay for this stuff again????? I cannot find a spot that allows me to do that. Meantime I sit here with out any protection while I wait on them to answer me. (and I went into Live Chat and it keeps saying nobody is able to help as they are all busy.......have they had a layoff???)

Which version are you trying to download ?
