Getting alerts from AVG regarding trojan horse - do I have a problem?

AVG is reporting I have two infections as follows:

[3]I have ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and get a clean report. I have noticed a strange window popping up randomly asking if I want to do a system restore before visiting a site (random site, nothing in particular). I always x out of the prompt without doing anything. The next time I see this alert I will take a picture of the screen and attach to this message if that would be helpful.[/3]
