Unable to access Hotmail or other email providers

Hi there,

It appears that in some case, our Safe Results option has been linked with certificate errors on accessing or websites. I would kindly recommend that you follow the below workaround:

1. Open BullGuard by double clicking the icon on the desktop or the one in the lower right corner of the screen (next to the computer clock).
2. Press the Settings button in the upper right corner of the BullGuard window.
3. Go to Antivirus ( make sure that the Advanced button is pressed in the upper right corner of the window) > Safe Browsing
4. From here, please uncheck "Bing" in the “Show safe results on these websites” section

Important note: We are releasing version that will address the issue starting September 17th 12:00 PM CET. After the update, a reboot is required for implementation
