Urgent problem, removing IE Antivirus programme

Hi, I am new to the forum and would be very grateful for any help. I have just recieved my new laptop today and installed Bullgaurd no problems. However, now I cannot get rid of this thing called IE anti virus, it just keeps popping up and I cannot remove, or delete it. I think someone in the family has downloaded it, not paid for it but it does seem to be in my computer. I have scanned my system and it hasn't detected any viruses. Please can someone help me get rid of it.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:

https://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe







to your desktop.



Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.



At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch



Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.



If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.



Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.



When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.



Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.



When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location.





Copy and Paste that log into your next reply and tell how things are running now ?

1) Download: SmitFraudFix v2.334 (WinXP, Win2K) from: https://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php
2) Reboot your computer in Safe Mode (before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually)
3) # Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
# Select 2 and hit Enter to delete infect files.
