Down laptop

My son has a laptop where he has downloaded a virus. I cannot get the system to come into anything but trying to get me to purchase some Anti-viral software called ANTIVIR. He had turned off all of the antivirus software I had installed to download something, I don't know what...

I have tried to load malbytes and all the other things you have suggested, but I cannot get into safemode or anything else.

Do you have anyother suggestions for me?

ok, at first try one of this links:

download, klick and run this tool, this will kill all rogue processes.
please do not restart and run malwarebytes after rkill.
please at first update, after updating, full scan, remove all, post the log.

When I try and go to the download.bleepingcompter.com, I get a re-direct to a blocked page. Down at the bottom of the page it says:spydomainsblock.com...redirect. Then it comes to a blocked page.

i attach it. you must delete the file ending .asp or something like this and name it at the end

When I clicked on rkill.pif, it starts to download and then is blocked.
