How do I request data deletion?

For your request to be validated, please download and fill in the form then save it as a PDF. 
After filling in the form, send it to along with your latest invoice/payment or license key reference.

Note: If you purchased BullGuard from our site, you can find your invoices in the My Payments section of your My BullGuard Account:

Additionally, if you are not making the request in your own name, written confirmation is required that you are authorized to act on behalf of the person you are making the request for.

Your request will be received by the Data Protection Team ( and they will ensure it is resolved as soon as possible.

Please note that erasing your data from the system also means we can no longer provide product subscription services or other services you ordered with your purchase.
